Specialist Care That Supports Recovery and Independence

Willowmere Care Centre provides specialist post-acute neurorehabilitation alongside high-quality dementia care within a supportive residential setting. This combination allows us to support individuals at different stages of their care journey, including those transitioning from hospital following acquired or traumatic brain injury and those living with complex neurological or cognitive conditions requiring longer-term support.

Care is delivered through a structured multidisciplinary approach that focuses on recovery where possible while always maintaining comfort, dignity and emotional wellbeing.

Life at Willowmere Care Centre

The environment at Willowmere has been designed to support both clinical care and everyday living. Comfortable private bedrooms, welcoming communal spaces and accessible outdoor areas help residents feel settled while encouraging independence and engagement.

Alongside specialist care support, residents benefit from access to rooftop seating areas, landscaped gardens, a central courtyard and an on-site hairdressing salon. These features contribute to a calm and welcoming atmosphere where residents can enjoy familiar routines and meaningful daily experiences.
